Joseph (West) Paul, M.D., Ph.D., is presently Chief Clinical Officer and Senior Vice President at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. There he serves as a member of the Operational Leadership Team as well as spearheads all system quality and safety initiatives. He is also a member of the Board of the North Carolina Quality Association.
