Nitzali Riverais an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) at Assembly Primary Care Practice, part of the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), and previously at the award winning Union SquareFamily Health center. Work experiences include medical assistant, LPN and medical home transformation consultant. Nitzali was a member of theNAC (National advisory Committee) for the Robert Wood Johnson LEAP project (Learning from effective ambulatory practices)and has been extensively involved in site transformation at CHA.
