2022 Speaker Profile

Brad Giafaglione is responsible for developing,

leading, and implementing improvement initiatives that positively impact the patient, family, employee,

and physician experience. In this role, Brad helps develop and lead cultural transformation to create the

highest quality of experience throughout the continuum of care, while at the same time striving to develop the future experience landscape at UCI Health. He works with his team to motivate and inspire all team members to continually strive for improved service excellence, while promoting a culture where patient service and satisfaction are aiding to provide a frictionless patient experience.

Brad has 15 years of experience in health care, improving engagement and the experience of both patients and providers. His prior leadership roles included physician engagement, experience coaching and digital patient experience transformation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Purdue University and his master’s of Business Administration with a focus in Health Administration from Loma Linda University.
